In recent years,with the vigorous development of China's sports industry,the demand for sports professional compound talents is growing.As a resource reserve of sports professional compound talents,sports college entrance examinees have begun to receive much attention.The problems of weak cultural achievements and difficult to sustain the development of physical fitness of college entrance examinees in physical education lead to the fact that the comprehensive quality of college entrance examinees in physical education can not meet the requirements of compound talents of physical education specialty.By using the methods of documentation,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logic,this study aims to solve the contradiction between cultural learning and sports training of college entrance examinees in order to improve their comprehensive quality and cultivate qualified sports talents.It studies the cultural learning,training and other factors affecting their learning and training and optimizes their learning and training strategies.A comprehensive and in-depth analysis is made in some aspects.The research shows that the structure of the academic qualifications and professional titles of the coaches of Zhejiang College Entrance Examination Team is reasonable,the training methods and means of the coaches are flexible and diverse,the coaches have rich experience in the training and guidance of the College Entrance Examination,but their own sports experience is not rich enough;the basic level of cultural courses of the sports college entrance examination students is generally not ideal,their interest in cultural courses is low,and their learning efficiency is low,which is related to learning.There are many relationships among the organizational forms;the length of time for physical education college entrance examination candidates to participate in training is short,and the time for systematic training is not long enough.The main motivation for the candidates to participate in college entrance examination team training is to enter the university through physical education college entrance examination;there are some deviations in the cognition of physical education college entrance examination candidates and coaches in Zhejiang Province,which think that participating in training has a greater impact on the learning of cultural courses,and the main reason lies in how to The contradiction of time has not been paid enough attention by schools,coaches and parents,which should be paid more attention to.
