Research On The Characteristics Of Professional Identity Of Cheerleader Performers In Chinese Basketball Professional Basketball League And Its Influencing Factors

The Chinese basketball professional league has developed rapidly in recent years,and its influence has become more and more important.As a new sport with unique charm and extensive stage value,the performance of cheerleader is deeply loved by people all over the world.The cheerleader performance has also become an indispensable part of the ornamental Chinese male's basketball professional league,However,with the improvement of the appreciation level of the audience,the cheerleader performers fail to keep pace with the development of the Chinese basketball professional league.It can not adapt to the needs of Chinese basketball professional league in time,and there is a common problem that the performers of cheerleader have strong mobility.Therefore,this article will select the cheerleaders of the Golden Bull Club of Zhejiang Chouzhou Bank and the cheerleaders of the Zhejiang Guangsha Lions Basketball Club as the survey objects,using the three-dimensional theoretical model of Meyer's professional identity,using questionnaires and factors.The analysis method conducts a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and research on the professional identity of cheerleaders in the two clubs in Zhejiang Province.The research finds that(1)the professional identity of cheerleader performers has working methods,monthly income level characteristics and different respondents,those factors show significant differences.(2)The professional identity of cheerleader performers is related to the degree of love,income,and management rules and regulations.(3)Through factor analysis,it is found that the main core factors affecting the professional identity of cheerleader performers in Zhejiang Province are the love,income and management rules and regulations.(4)It is found that the level of professional recognition is an important reason that affects the loss of cheerleaders.
