Xunzi said: the country will flourish,it is necessary to respect teachers and attach importance to education,then the law of the country will be preserved.Education is the foundation of national development.Teachers shoulder the great responsibility of educating and training the next generation.Therefore,the overall quality of teachers is closely related to the quality of national education,especially in rural areas.In January 2018,the State Council promulgated the "Opinions on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy",proposing to implement the rural revitalization strategy,and the primary task of revitalizing rural development is to revitalize rural education,change the rural teacher education model,and build a group of outstanding rural teachers.The economic and social development between urban and rural areas and between different regions is unbalanced,and the development of basic education is very different.Rural education has always been the bottleneck restricting the development of basic education in China.At present,there are still a large number of small-scale schools in remote rural areas and multi-ethnic settlements in Yunnan Province,such as rural primary schools and teaching points.There are some common problems in these schools,such as scattered schools,prominent self-contained classes,unreasonable subject structure of teachers,inadequate multi-subjects competence and inadequate adaptability of existing teachers.It is necessary to reform and innovate the teacher training mode,and directional training of the general rural primary school teachers will come into being.This measure meets the needs of rural basic education development.It is not only an active exploration to innovate the training mode of rural primary school teachers and promote the balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas at County level,but also an important part of implementing the precise poverty alleviation of education and the strategy of Rural Revitalization to consolidate the training of talents.This research is based on the theory of human's all-round development and the theory of multiple intelligences,and guided by the needs of rural primary education in Yunnan Province.Through the field survey,questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to understand the pre-service training situation and implementation status of the rural primary school teachers in Yunnan,analyze the challenges faced by the colleges in pre-service training and put forward the idea of constructing the training system of general teachers.This study is divided into the following six chapters: Chapter 1: Introduction,mainly elaborates the reason,purposes and significance of this study,comprehensively understands the research status and research trend of general teachers in rural primary schools at home and abroad,and determines the research methods,research ideas and technical routes of this study;Chapter 2: The theoretical analysis of the needs of general primary school teachers,mainly based on the theory of human's all-round development and multiple intelligences,provides theoretical guidance for the training of general rural primary school teachers and the construction of the training system;Chapter 3: Analysis of the current situation of the needs of general teachers in rural primary schools in Yunnan Province,selected several primary schools in 4 counties of Yunnan Province to conduct field survey,to understand the current situation of teacher allocation in these rural primary schools,to analyze the dilemma of their teachers and seek ways and measures to crack them;Chapter 4: Investigation on the current training situation of general teachers in rural primary schools in Yunnan,using the questionnaire method and interview method,through collecting,sorting and analyzing textual data and survey data,to find out the pre-service training situation and implementation status of the general primary school teachers;Chapter 5: the shortages and challenges of training of general rural primary school teachers in Yunnan,mainly combining with questionnaire survey data and interview texts of teachers and directional public-funded normal university students,focuses on the challenges and problems faced by the pre-service training process of general primary school teachers;Chapter 6: The conception of training system of general rural primary school teachers in Yunnan Province,aiming at the problems and challenges in the pre-service training of directional public-funded normal university students,puts forward solutions,and constructs a pre-service training system from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum setting,training mode,coordination mechanism and quality evaluation.
