Research On The Cultivation Of Social Participation Ability Of Minority College Students In Yunnan Universities

Social participation ability is an essential ability for minority college students to participate in social practice.In the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that the social participation ability of young people should be put into the practice of socialist modernization and the "Chinese dream".It can be seen that the cultivation of social participation ability is more and more highly valued by the party and the government.As representatives of youth,minority college students are representatives of youth,vitality,wisdom and creativity,and their cultivation of social participation ability is studied,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to the growth of minority college students and the future of the country.Yunnan is a province where ethnic minorities live in compact communities.Different ethnic groups have great differences in economy,culture,customs and other aspects,and their ability to participate in society is also greatly different.Yunnan colleges and universities to strengthen the cultivation of ethnic minority college students' social participation ability to correct guidance,help them establish correct social participation,can largely prompted minority college students to participate in the process of socialist modernization construction,to improve the ability of social participation,so as to promote the prosperity and advancement of the ethnic minority areas.The authors use the related theory of Marxism,combining with the connotation of the social participation of minority college students in Yunnan province,the basic characteristics and the specific content,careful analysis under the condition of the new era of Yunnan colleges and universities to foster the actual situation of minority college students' social participation ability,in the era of grasp of ethnic minority college students' social participation situation,correct understanding of the social participation ability for ethnic minority university students socialization based on the important position of current colleges and universities in Yunnan minority college students' social participation ability investigation,analyzing the causes of deficiencyof ethnic minority college students' social participation ability,and draw lessons from existing research achievements,This paper studies the methods and strategies of improving minority college students' social participation ability.The purpose is to arouse the subjectivity of the minority college students' social participation,to improve the ability of ethnic minority college students' social participation to create more conditions,and build long-term effective mechanism of minority college students' social participation ability,so as to strive for improving minority college students' social participation ability,providing a beneficial exploration and mobilize social forces from all walks of life for common social participation of minority college students ability to work and constant effort.
