The Study On Reserve Talents Of Women's Table Tennis About Its Present Situation And Development Countermeasures In Beijing

The table tennis sport is well-developed in Beijing,and women's table tennis is especially a traditional superior sport which made many remarkable achievements over the years in Beijing.However,in recent years,the advantages of Beijing team have become weaker and weaker,because table tennis in other provinces and cities has entered a stage of rapid development with the cancellation of restrictions on the flow of table tennis talents and the acceleration of the flow.At the same time,with the improvement of living standard and the impact of other sports,the number of young people who are willing to engage in table tennis professional training in Beijing is becoming less and less,whichresults theshort of reserve talents for the women's table tennis program and insufficient motivation of sustainable development.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to know the current situation of the reserve talents of Beijing women's table tennis sports and optimize the quality of the training ofthem.This study investigated and analyzed the realistic characteristics of reserve talents of women's table tennis,by means of questionnaire survey,interview,field investigation and other research methods,and on this basis,it has proposed future development strategies.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The short of personnel and the low success rateof reserve talents are not only restricting the improvement of the competitive level,but also becoming a bottleneck in the development of women'stable tennis in Beijing.2.The training about reserve talents ofteenage women's table tennis players mainly exist the following problems:lack of attention from relevant government departments and leaders;lack of attention about scientific selection of reserve talents;short of training budget;less participating opportunity;lessscientifictraining arrangement and planning;and thecontradiction between education and sports training,etc..3.The restriction factors aboutteenagereserve talentsofwomen's table tennis players in Beijing mainly include:the degree of leadership'sattention,the level of economic development,level of socialization about table tennis sports,relevantpolicies of education and sports sector,facilities situation,the comprehensive ability of coaches,the publicity of table tennis sports,the contradiction between athletes education and training system,the public's consciousness about table tennis.4.The development countermeasures about teenage reserve talents of women's table tennis players in Beijing mainly include: improving and perfecting cultivation system and management mechanism constantly;playing a promoting role of competition,and deepening the reform of competition system;firmly establishing the model of "combination sports and education" which canprovide institutional guarantee for reserve talents;strengthening the construction of the coach team,and improving training efficiency and scientific level;enhancing the level of attention to table tennis,andincreasing the capital investment in reserve talentsbyvarious channels.
