The Technological Risks And Countermeasures Of Artificial Intelligence Which Based On Beck's Risk Society

On the one hand,the theoretical circles have paid great attention to the plight of contemporary society.Ulrich Beck's theory of risk society inspires people to enhance risk awareness to urge people to take measures to save our world and the future of mankind.Technological risk has also become a topic of concern in the late 20 th century.On the other hand,as one of the three emerging technologies in the 21 st century,the research of artificial intelligence is also in-depth,especially the risk of its existence is one of the hot spots.Due to the imperfect organizational structure,unclear policy orientation,lack of ethical regulation and imperfect laws and regulations,human beings are in the uncertainty and risk caused by it.How to avoid the technical risk of artificial intelligence is a problem that needs to be solved in the future.However,the above-mentioned research on AI is usually based on the risk society theory to analyze the former macroscopically and less specifically;at the same time,the research on technology risk often takes AI as one of the objects,and less carries out micro-research on the technology risk of AI.Based on Baker's theory of risk society,it is of theoretical significance and practical value to explore the multiple impacts of AI technology application on human society from the perspective of technological risk and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through the analysis of Tesla Model S accident,video of teenage mothers of fast-handed mobile app,development of lethal weapon of artificial intelligence,WannaCry extortion virus and the dissemination effect of related movies and TV works,the limitations of test conditions,hegemony of technical experts,breakage between research purposes and risks,organized irresponsibility and non-scientific and technological factors are put forward.Risk factors such as risk amplification;emphasizing that related technology risks will have realistic consequences such as weakening people's cognitive and practical ability,widening the gap between rich and poor,and revealing personal privacy;advocating that it should be dealt with byimproving human social ethical norms,setting up behavioral norms of intelligent machines,establishing global cooperative organizations,and strengthening legislation and law enforcement.
