In recent years,many related questions about teachers in professional pressure,burnout and mental exhaustion have emerged,especially for female teachers.People gradually realize that psychological capital has an important influence on the status of teachers' work input and job satisfaction.It is also increasingly believed that teachers with positive psychological resources can better promote their career development and achieve educational success.As an important factor affecting occupational stability,psychological capital needs to be further explored.In order to known the relationship between the professional stability and psychological capital of female physical education teachers in middle school,this paper uses the positive psychological capital questionnaire created by Zhang Kuo and the occupational stability scale revised by Huang Wei as a tool for 150 female physical educartion teachers of middle schools in Kunming.A survey used SPSS17.0 analysis method to conduct research on the psychological capital and occupational stability of effective sample data 138 middle school female physical education teachers.The results are as follows:(1)The psychological capital level of female physical education teachers of middle schools in Kunming is generally moderately higher.Self-efficacy,hope,optimism have little difference in scores and their resilience is weakest.(2)The occupational stability of female physical education teachers of middle schools in Kunming is good.Among them,the difference in occupational satisfaction is biggest.(3)From the perspective of demographic variables,psychological capital and occupational stability have significant differences in age,school,teacher type,and salary level,but no significant difference in marriage or job title.(4)From the correlation analysis between the psychological capital and occupational stability of female physical education teachers of middle schools in Kunming,it is found that there is a correlation between both ways,and the correlation degree of each factor is different.(5)From the regression analysis of the psychological capital and occupational stability of female physical education teachers of middle schools in Kunming,it is found that there is a linear relationship between both ways.All the four dimensions(Self-efficacy,hope,resilience and optimism)can effectively predict occupational stability in the positive direction,and psychological capital can explain 79% of occupational variation,which can significantly predict occupational stability.
