| The current school physical education is increasingly cause widespread attention to the country and society,and more highlight the indispensable role of sports teachers in school physical education,the document spirit of the Ministry of Education recently stressed to improve the infrastructure of teachers’ construction,to have global concept,so to promote the development of physical education teachers,not only to provide superior environment for the development of physical education teachers,in addition also need from the psychological perspective of education,to promote the development of physical education teachers.Professional psychological quality is an essential factor in teachers into the workplace,good professional psychological quality is the internal cornerstone of promoting teachers’ growth,physical education teachers have good psychological quality to have strong stress ability in the profession,so as to improve the professional stability of sports teachers,only the development of middle school sports teachers to ensure the progress of sports teachers.This study is mainly professional psychological quality and professional stability as a research variable,investigate the relationship between professional psychological quality and professional stability,using the professional psychological quality questionnaire and occupational stability scale,using questionnaire,mathematical statistics method of middle school PE teachers cluster random sampling,finally collected 362 questionnaires,then the effective data collected and analysis..The results show that:(1)the middle school male physical education teachers vocational psychological quality is higher than female physical education teachers’ professional psychological quality,teaching age in more than 30 years of physical education teachers professional psychological quality,degree for college and below physical education teachers vocational psychological quality is relatively low,that high physical education teachers’ professional psychological quality will be relatively better.There are differences in the demographic variables of middle school physical education teachers in southern Shaanxi,which are mainly reflected in the gender,educational age and educational background of middle school physical education teachers.(2)In middle school physical education teachers in the age of 51 physical education teachers leave intention is greater than several other age teachers,male physical education teachers to professional satisfaction of female physical education teachers,teaching in 30 years of physical education teachers professional identity,education for technical secondary school teachers professional identity is lower than other physical education teachers,in rural areas of physical education teachers departure intention is higher than urban physical education teachers,salary level below 3000 yuan departure intention is the strongest.Therefore,there are differences in the occupational stability of physical education teachers of middle school teachers in southern Shaanxi in demographic variables,mainly in the age,gender,teaching age,educational background,different school areas and salary level of physical education teachers.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the professional psychological quality and professional stability of middle school physical education teachers in southern Shaanxi.The correlation coefficient is 0.75.In the correlation coefficient of each dimension,the correlation degree is different,There is a positive correlation between quality and professional identity and professional satisfaction(4)There is a significant influence between the professional psychological quality and professional stability of middle school PE teachers in southern Shaanxi,which can be predicted from each other.Finally,the shortcomings of this study are summarized,and the following research recommendations are made:(1)Focus on the cultivation of middle school PE teachers professional psychological quality,higher education schools to enter the workplace physical education teachers,strengthen the cultivation of professional psychological quality,pay attention to the connection between school and society,before the new physical education teachers induction training link,should strengthen the cultivation of professional psychological quality,and physical education teachers personal attention to their own professional psychological quality,let oneself most keep good professional psychological quality.(2)Provide different strategies for the cultivation of professional psychological quality of teachers of different groups of teachers,strengthen the differences in professional psychological quality of male and female physical education teachers,pay attention to the professional psychological quality of physical education teachers who are about to retire,and provide some special lectures for these physical education teachers.(3)In order to further strengthen the professional stability of middle school physical education teachers,the society should face up to the career of physical education teachers,so that the profession of physical education teachers can be recognized by the society,and attach great importance to the development of physical education teachers.(4)Pay attention to the professional life of elderly teachers,give more warmth and care to elderly teachers,organize some activities to improve the happiness of elderly teachers,so that elderly teachers can have nostalgia for their careers. |
