Aiming at ensuring the coordination and adaptation of talent training mechanism and social development process,the student-centered education concept has been increasingly recognized and valued by the academic circle.As a subject based on experiment,middle school physics teaching pays special attention to students' exploration process,and encourages students to learn physics knowledge and cultivates their subject competences through immersive experiences,hands-on participation,cooperative induction and independent transfer.The four dimensions of the "core competences" in the 2017 edition of the general high school physics curriculum standards(hereinafter referred to as the "new curriculum standards")are not only the concentrated embodiment of the educational values of the physics discipline,but also,to some extent,put forward more specific expected achievements for the discipline ability that students should have after learning the physics course.In order to adapt to the new situation of the current education reform,motivate students' interest in physics learning,and improve the students' physics curriculum competences.Taking the concept of life-oriented teaching as a breakthrough,the key words of “living” are firmly grasped in the research process,and relevant literature and works are consulted to accurately grasp the historical progress and the latest developments in the field.In addition,the students of the two middle schools are the research objects,and the three aspects of the students' preference for physics,the status quo of teachers' teaching by means of life,and the ability of physics are investigated.In addition,the students of the two middle schools are the research objects,and the three aspects of the students' preference for physics,the status quo of teachers' teaching by means of life,and the ability of physics are investigated.The enthusiasm for studying physics among the students surveyed is not high,but they are interested in physics experiments and physical knowledge involved in life.Most students think that physics teaching and real life connection can enhance their interest in learning.The survey also found that students lack life experience.The ability of physics is relatively weak,which is far from the requirements of the "new curriculum standard".Through research,it is found that it is necessary to adopt a life-based teaching method in the teaching process.It is helpful to achieve the new goal of “student-centered” curriculum reform or to change students' understanding of physical one-sidedness.The teaching method satisfies the requirements put forward in the “new curriculum standard” and effectively enhances the physics subject ability.After completing the above research,the teaching strategy is proposed according to the actual situation of the students surveyed,covering various types of teaching such as concept teaching,regular teaching and problem teaching.Finally,the actual teaching case is given,which is convenient for summarizing the research experience and prospects for the follow-up research direction.
