| School bullying is a world’s social problem that no matter in which kind of ideology,social culture and economic situation.It not only brings physical and mental sufferings to young people,but also casts a shadow over the families,schools,and society associated.From reality,changes in society and advances in technology have seemingly accelerated the growth of children,but in fact they have not been weaned,which makes school bullying increasingly young and remote,and more difficult to monitor and control.It can be said that school bullying is a wound of social progress,and those "labeled" secondary vocational schools and their students are,of course,regarded as the school bullying concentration camps and the most possible subjects of school bullying.But is that really the case? Is this a fact or a myth?Under this background,the study places school bullying in the whole ecological environment,and comes to the conclusions below according to the regular cluster characteristic of plant communities,through the methods of descriptive statistics and results differentially analyzing: Firstly,the secondary vocational school bullying behaviors are more traditional,and they have the similar cluster characteristic to the plant communities in the aspects of the behaviors themselves,the student individual,family,society,etc.Secondly,school bullying in secondary vocational schools is closely related to internal and external environmental factors such as student individual,family,fellow,school,society,etc.,and the occurrence of bullying has different tendencies.That is to say,school bullying in secondary vocational schools does not exist among students in isolation,but is actually a result of conflicts in the overall social environment.Based on the above,according to the cluster characteristic and rules of school bullying in secondary vocational schools,combined with the interview results of some students and teachers,the study puts forward targeted and feasible intervention measures: Firstly,providing a social atmosphere of mental support and establishing a diversified and integrated school philosophy,in order to promote the realization of anti-bullying behavior;Secondly,encouraging the subjects of action,promoting the active participation of the whole school teachers,advocating and optimizing peer guidance,and creating a positive family environment;Finally,perfecting the regional security system,to establish a safety education system,to build an intervention organization and an intervention plan for school bullying,and to provide basis for the rapid and efficient governance of school bullying. |
