Urban And Rural Masses Sports And Manpower Development Research

The 16th Congress of the Communist Party of China set the goal of building a well-off society in all-round, drew a grand blueprint for China's modernization of 20 years in the 21st century. Comprehensively building a well-off society in rural areas and the building of the new strategic pla(?), provided an opportunity to accelerate the development of rural sports, and provided opportunities for accelerating progress in the rural areas and harmony between the (?)ral and the urban.This research made a brief review and summary on the development of mass sports in urban and rural areas. It is considered that the co-coordinated development of mass sports in urban and rural areas as social and economic conditions change strategy is evolved. Sports coordinated development of urban and rural people is the goal and sign of building a well-off society, the basis and the inevitable demand of building a well-off society. Therefore the issue of the overall development of mass sports in urban and rural areas is not only the need for the development of sport, but also the need for China's social development. It has a profound theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of a typical investigation and a theoretical studies, and the topic explored the basic theory of the harmonious development of mass sports in urban and rural areas, realistically reflects the current stage of development of mass sports in China and the gap between the urban and the rural, and provides materials for urban and rural planning and development of mass sports theoretical research. The research points out that people should give advise from the planning, policy-driven, government organizations, town and lead to support rural areas, and to support of the overall planning for urban and rural areas of macroeconomic development of the mass sports and countermeasures. The study also shows the simultaneous development of the urban and the rural masses is not the same, not the elimination of inequality and instead of closing the gap; Manpower's focus is in rural areas. During the development, we should pay more attention to the importance of small towns and the converge of migrant workers.
