Development Countermeasures Of Rural Residents’ Leisure Sports Activities In Changsha

As the change of society progress,humans material wealth and leisure time become more and more richness, so the leisure sports produce in this era of big background, leisure sports is not sport a new form, but only the new awareness for sports by people, leisure sports make people healthy and active way of life to become a reality, at the same time, the leisure sports as a kind of culture will also affect people’s lives. Rural area region is vast,and has huge number of rural residents.researching rural residents’ leisure and sports activities not only beneficial to the rural residents’ physical and mental health, but also beneficial to the construction of new socialist countryside, as the same time correspond with the party’s ruling idea.This article is based on detailed questionnaire survey, through in-depth interviews and understanding of rural areas of Changsha,we are researching the current situation and existence problem that Changsha rural residents develop the leisure sports undertook relatively thorough and systematic research. We found that, more and more rural residents in Changsha concerned about their own health and that it is frequently necessary to participate in leisure sports activities of the mainstream thought is being formed stage by stage;as leisure time increasing, but chess mahjong is the most frequently activty; rural residents motivations are diversification take parting in leisure sports, they are use spare time in the nearby, taking parting free and easy leisure sports project,taking part in leisure sports organization degree is low, the sports population; sports consumption level is low and the consumption structure is not reasonable. The main problems of Changsha rural residents take part in leisure sports activities are manifested in the following aspects:the firstly stadium facilities can not meet the Changsha rural residents’ leisure sports activities of the need;the secondly the shortage of social sports instructor cannot provide professional guidance for Changsha rural residents; the thirdly the lack of funds resulted in Changsha rural residents of the leisure sports activities are difficult to carry out the fourtly the relevant government departments lack; effective managementIn order to promote the Changsha City rural residents of the leisure sports development more and more well, we have some suggestions:the first one strengthen the rural primary and secondary school physical education, fan out from point to area, stimulative rural residents’ leisure sports consciousness; the secondly raise funds throughtly all way, increase investment to build good rural leisure sports environment; the thirdly improving government management system, establish the development of rural residents leisure sports to carry out long-term mechanism; strengthen the rural social sports instructors’ training; relying on existing rural natural resources and cultural resources development with local characteristics of leisure sports, while vigorously developing village leisure sports and family sports; to strengthen rural leisure sports industry development, cultivation of leisure sports market, and actively guide the rural residents’ Sports consumption.
