The disconnection between middle school and primary school in education teaching and management has always existed in our country.Many primary school students often have various unknown reasons after entering secondary school,resulting in insufficient motivation,diminished interest,and declining quality of learning.From primary school to secondary school,there have been significant changes in the way students learn and manage schools.Students 'learning tasks have been aggravated.The focus and characteristics of learning have also been different from before.Teaching methods and management methods have also improved systematically and normatively as students mature.Therefore,how to solve the problem of connecting primary and secondary education,maintain and improve the quality of talents training,ensure the smooth education career of students,and improve the school's ability to run schools has become the focus of this study.This study uses literature research method and questionnaire survey method to study the convergence of various aspects of primary and secondary school education management in Harbin J School.The survey found that J school is more reasonable in terms of teachers 'allocation.Most teachers believe that the integration of primary and secondary education is very important.At the same time,teachers generally believe that the implementation of primary and secondary education connectivity management has a strong practical significance.However,there are still some problems in the work of connecting primary and secondary education in J schools: teachers 'understanding of the meaning of connecting primary and secondary education is not deep enough,the management system of primary and secondary education is not perfect,the management model of connecting primary and secondary education is missing,students' academic attention is low,and parents 'participation in the bridging work of primary and secondary education is insufficient.And...The reasons for these problems mainly lie in the lack of clear goals,imperfect management system,unclear principal responsibilities,unscientific school education methods and teaching methods,disjointed school daily education and guidance measures,and lack of support for system construction.This study believes that to solve the above problems,it is necessary to clarify the goal of education convergence management in primary and secondary schools,to standardize the process of education convergence management in primary and secondary schools,and to improve the education convergence management system.Fourth,innovation of teaching cohesion model;Finally,improve the effectiveness of home-school cooperation.
