Investigation And Countermeasure Research On The Present Situation Of Extracurricular Education In Harbin Primary Schools

With the continuous development of society,its cultivation of talents and its rapidly increasing basic requirements,people pay more and more attention to extracurricular education,as a supplement and extension of school education.Its important role and function has been recognized,and constantly develops to standardization,institutionalization and profession.But the exploration and research of innovation practice,theoretical framework,operation mechanism,security system etc.on extracurricular quality education as one of the important ways for youngsters' physical and mental development is rare in the current,and the current research on the circumstance of the main provinces and regions which are developed such as Zhejiang Province,Shanghai or Beijing.Researches on practical demonstrations about extracurricular education in developing areas,especially three provinces in Northeast China,are relatively short.This paper on the sampling questionnaire with teachers,students and parents in primary schools of Harbin,after the research data and statistical analysis,grasped the present situation of primary school extracurricular education in Harbin,then found the problems and put forward countermeasures to solve the problems,finally gave some suggestions to extracurricular education and educators in Harbin and underdeveloped areas,in order to promote the development of extracurricular education.This paper,through the literature review and the questionnaire survey from the teachers,parents,students in Harbin primary schools,analyzed the current situation of extracurricular education.Research shows us high popularization rate of extracurricular education in Harbin primary school,with mainly large-scale activities and moral education.Teachers and parents are very supportive to carry out extracurricular educational activities.Students also love to participate in extracurricular educational activities.They got a heavy harvest,but there are still many problems of extracurricular education:(a)Without clear needs of students and strong pertinence;(two)lack of evaluation mechanisms and difficult to judge the quality of extracurricular education;(three)lack of management of extracurricular education and difficult toensure the effectiveness;(four)less communication about the extracurricular educational activities,and the limited effect of it.Through the analysis of these issues,we found the main reason for these problems is:(a)Management system is not perfect and the main responsibility is not clear;(two)lack of standardized management;(three)lack of attention;(four)the limitation of school educational institutions themselves.on the basis of the investigation and analysis,the author from a comprehensive,full staffs,full procedures,gave some suggestions: first,improve the educational service consciousness,establish policies,clear quality objectives of extracurricular education;two,to build a complete quality management system;three,to construct a standardized routine quality system of extracurricular education;four,to protect the smooth running on the management system and continuous improvement of extracurricular education.It is hoped that these strategies can provide a solution to improve the quality of extracurricular education activities in Harbin primary schools.
