The essence of classroom teaching is the transmission of information and the interaction of emotion between teachers and students.In the flowing and changeable classroom,the teacher-student interaction has an important influence on the smooth completion of the teaching process.This paper investigates the teaching class of grade seven in a middle school in yanji city,and studies the interaction between teachers and students in class by means of literature,observation and investigation.In order to compile the measurement tool,take the mathematics classroom as an example,select teachers who have been teaching for about 20 years,and survey the current teachers interaction behavior with QTI questionnaire in advance,which bel ongs to "cooperation-dominance type".On the basis of a preliminary understanding of the current situation of teacher-student interaction in the classroom,a questionnaire was prepared for the study of teacher-student interaction tendency in middle school and its influence on learning attitude and behavior.After the preliminary test,the first batch of data was used for the questionnaire item differentiation and exploratory factor analysis,the second batch of data was used for the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire,the revised questionnaire was formed,and the third batch of data was used for the formal questionnaire survey.The survey data are processed and analyzed to understand the teacher-student interaction status and group differences in classroom teaching,to study the characteristics of teacher-student interaction tendency in classroom teaching,as well as the correlation between teacher-student interaction tendency and learning attitude and behavior,and to put forward Suggestions and countermeasures to optimize teacher-student interaction to improve teaching effect.Through sorting out the research results,this study finally formed the following theories:(1)there is a tendency in the interaction between teachers and students in middle school.The overall tendency is characterized by "three more and three less",that is,verbal interaction is more than non-verbal interaction.In terms of interactive emotion,emotional interaction is more than spiritual interaction.In the interactive relation,the teacher power interaction is more,the birth power interaction is less.(2)there are significant differences among different student groups in the interaction between teachers and students in junior high school.The tendency of different student groups is "triple triple light",that is,"girls are more important than boys,cadres are less important than boys,and excellent students are more important than poor ones".(3)teacher-student interaction tendency has significant influence on learning attitude and learning behavior.There is a significant correlation between teacher-student interaction and learning attitude and learning behavior.Among them,the tendency of interaction has significant influence on learning attitude,and the tendency of interaction behavior has significant influence on learning behavior.Based on the above conclusions,the following Suggestions are proposed:(1)in view of the different tendency characteristics of teacher-student interaction,the interaction should adopt diversified forms and pay attention to student differences;(2)optimize teacher-student interaction in terms of interaction behavior,emotion and relationship,and improve the teaching effect.
