In recent years,with the rapid development of China's petroleum and chemical industry,an important turning point in this unprecedented technological innovation and industrial upgrading,industry practitioners are also facing an important period of theoretical knowledge and practical ability improvement.As a national and comprehensive social intermediary organization in the industry,SH Industry Association is responsible for connecting the government and enterprises.Among the many functions of the association,the SH industry association plays the training function of the industry association,implements relevant training activities for the industry practitioners,and provides a solid and effective training mechanism for the development of talents in the industry.However,during the current implementation of industry training projects,there are also some practical problems that need to be solved urgently.Based on 289 training satisfaction questionnaires,understand the training satisfaction status of SH industry associations.According to research results,the trainees are basically satisfied with the training program.Improve the satisfaction of trainees by improving the factors that affect satisfaction.Due to the specific nature of the industry and training programs,personal characteristics and unit characteristics have a positive trend in training satisfaction,but factors such as gender,marriage,age,education,unit nature,and position also have an impact on training satisfaction.Based on the survey data and the problems found in the interview,by constructing the syllabus,perfect the curriculum system,compile standardized textbooks,establish the expert committee of energy management,carry out diversified training methods,define the orientation of the association,and enhance external support to enhance trade association training job satisfaction,improving the training system and system of industry associations.Through research on training satisfaction,industry associations improve training satisfaction through training,and enrich and improve the training system and system of industry associations.Provide reference for the positioning and development of industry association training activities.
