Study On Countermeasures For Coordinated Development Of Vocational Education In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

In the context of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,in January 2019,The Beijing municipal commission of education,the Tianjin municipal commission of education and the Hebei provincial department of education jointly released “The Action Plan for the Coordinated Development of Education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(2018-2020)” in Xiongan New Area.Focusing on the system of coordinated development of education in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,we will strive to create a new situation in which education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is jointly built and Shared,mutually beneficial and win-win,and achieves coordinated development.After years of development and the precipitation,the vocational education gets rapid development in our country,but compared with the construction of the development goals of education power,China's vocational education still exist such as lack of vocational skills training base,loss of system standard,educational conditions and quality of personnel training level of the good and bad are intermingled,etc.all kinds of problems.If these problems can not be solved properly and effectively as soon as possible,it is bound to affect the healthy,stable and sustainable development of vocational education in China,and further affect the whole process of education system reform.This study focuses on the coordinated development of vocational education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,analyzes the current situation of the coordinated development of vocational education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and explores,discovers and summarizes various problems existing in the coordinated development of vocational education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The research shows that the coordinated development of vocational education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has made some progress,but there are still some bottleneck problems to be solved.The main issues include five aspects: The efficiency of the coordination and allocation of vocational education resources is poor;the advantages of the integration of industry and education are not given full play;the regional cooperation model of vocational education is not innovative enough;the three roles of the government,enterprises and vocational colleges are not clear enough;and the professional setting of vocational education is characterized by high repetition rate and serious homogeneity.At the same time,the paper analyzes the problems of the five main reasons: vocational education and regional development of function matching degree between is not clear,the social from all walks of life to the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei vocational education connotation grasp not,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei strategy of the coordinated development of vocational education itself is not mature,vocational education and the economic and social development demand does not adapt,the lack of the development of vocational education truly effective coordination mechanism.Based on the practice of coordinated development of vocational education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the experience of regional coordinated development of vocational education at home and abroad,this study puts forward strategic Suggestions and specific countermeasures for coordinated development of vocational education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
