Research On Countermeasures Of Talents Working In Wuqing District Under The Background Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Synergetic Development

The region of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province is seen as the third power of economic growth in China, following the "Yangtze River Delta region" and "Pearl River Delta region". Along with synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, as the major national strategy, the extent of regional economic integration is strengthening constantly. Talents play critical role which are the most important resource promoting the development of regional economic during this development period. Wuqing which is located in the middle place of two municipalities, is the important core area and the bridgehead of the strategy of synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. Wuqing has to keep the idea as "Synergetic Development, Talent First" and make foundation of talents to seize synergetic developmental opportunities and form the competitive advantages.This article that is based on the background of synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province and internal mechanism of talents promoting regional development, analyzes the case study of Kunshan of Yangtze River Delta region, Dongguan and Jinjiang of Pearl River Delta region, as well as the talent countermeasures of the typical cities belong to America, Germany and Singapore. Simultaneously, analyzes the status and trends of talent development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, and investigate the talents'structure and trends in this region. This study analyzes the talents situation and needs and summarizes the overall situation of talents work in Wuqing. Furthermore, during the background of synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, this paper uses the SWOT to analyze the strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats of talents work in Wuqing, propose the ideas, principles, recommends and safeguards of of talents work in Wuqing.
