Great achievements have been made in the popularization of nine-year compulsory education in our country.In addition,the local governments have adopted economic aid policies for poor students and families,so that the phenomenon of dropping out of school due to poverty in rural junior high schools no longer occurs.The state focuses on consolidating the achievements of compulsory education,raising the level of compulsory education and promoting its balanced development.In recent years,the state has continuously increased investment in rural educational facilities and equipment,and improved the rural school environment and hardware facilities.However,in the field of education,it is not difficult to find this phenomenon in the school: learners receive relevant education in the school,but their minds are not in the classroom and they are not in the school.Subjectively,they have given up their studies until the end of three years of junior high school,and they have not completed the required courses when they graduate.The content of nine-year compulsory education is not reached.This kind of recessive drop out is very prominent in the rural junior middle school students group.What is the reason why students are on the verge of dropping out of school? Taking the H school in the P district of Chengdu as an example,There are four main factors: students 'own reasons,family environment reasons,school management reasons,teacher education reasons.The students in junior high school have strong rebellious psychology,lack of hard-working spirit,and weak pressure resistance.They are frustrated with a slight setback and gradually begin to dislike school.The special family structure and the lack of parental care for children lead to a sense of loss in children's psychology,and the importance of learning has not been correctly recognized;The school uses the student safety first as a reason to reduce or even prohibit all kinds of social practice activities.Teachers teach utilitarianism.At the same time,students stay in school for up to 10 hours,so that students who have already given up learning are very depressed,resulting in hidden school dropout.The factors that cause hidden school drop-outs are not isolated,but are caused by a combination of various factors.It is necessary for the society,parents,schools,teachers and other parties to work together to reduce the phenomenon of hidden drop-outs of students and thus improve the quality of teaching in rural junior high schools.In the real sense,every student can "learn to learn."...
