With the continuous advancement of the party's education and cultural undertakings,the reform of school education is in full swing,but at the same time it is also facing many perplexities and challenges.With the acceleration of urbanization,cities continue to expand to the suburbs and rural areas,resulting in a large area of suburban areas.The problem of junior high school students' learning burnout in this area is generally prominent and has become a problem that families,schools and society are worried about and need to be resolved.Combining the literature method and the survey method,through questionnaire survey to understand the current situation and existing problems of junior high school students' learning burnout in the suburbs,find the typical case samples from the results of the questionnaire,and then explore the junior high school students in the suburbs through observation and interview.Influencing factors of learning burnout,from the perspective of education management,this paper proposes an educational management strategy method that solves the problem of learning burnout of middle school students in the suburbs by reasonable structure,high reliability and validity,and certain applicability.The study found that the main influencing factors of middle school students' learning burnout were social,family,school,teachers,students and classmates.To solve this problem from the perspective of education management,it is necessary to combine local special conditions to establish an organic linkage mechanism involving relevant government departments,social institutions,parents,schools,teachers,students and classmates.One is to create a “family” for students.The Sunshine Avenue of the society-schools,the second is to strengthen parent education and liaison,so that family education and school education can form a joint force;the third is to strengthen education investment and effectively improve the level of school education and teaching;the fourth is to stimulate teachers' potential,advocate students in accordance with their aptitude,and promote individuality.Development;Fifth,effectively activate the driving force of students,be good at discovering and praising the bright spots of students,stimulate students' self-esteem,cultivate students' interest in learning,and let them see hope,build confidence,and reshape ideals.Sixth is to create excellent class groups,to guide students to establish a relationship of sunshine friendship,benign competition,and mutual promotion,so that students can find a good teacher and friend in the school,stay away from the adverse effects of society,and stay away from learning burnout.Finally,the coordinated development of social economy and cultural education in the suburbs will be realized.
