Color course,as the teaching focus of art education,needs to attract people's attention.we should deepen the teaching reform of color course,follow the characteristics of aesthetic education and the growth law of junior students.To explore the construction of a color curriculum system with aesthetic and humanistic literacy as the core and innovative ability as the focus,and to improve art education through color courses,so as to promote moral and intellectual education through aesthetic education.And then promote the all-round development of children and the growth of physical and mental health.Understanding color is the basic content of primary school art teaching,but in the actual teaching,there are some problems in the process of obtaining color cognition of primary school students in Yuetang District of Xiangtan City,such as the lack of color teaching resources.Teachers' teaching skills need to be improved and so on.therefore,we should analyze the specific problems encountered in the actual teaching,based on the color cognitive characteristics of junior primary school students,draw lessons from the excellent primary school color teaching experience at home and abroad,To develop a primary school color curriculum with the core of cultivating primary school students' imagination and innovative consciousness,to encourage primary school students to observe things in nature,to discover the beauty of color,and to express their inner world with rich colors,so as to guide their individualized and independent development.Let children's painting really show the color and creative interest of children,rather than be imprisoned by teachers' adult thinking,so as to achieve the further improvement of color education curriculum.In the process of art teaching in primary schools,teachers should fully consider the psychological characteristics of junior students,through the form of teaching in the form of fun,the game will be applied to teaching,improve students' interest in learning color.At the same time,teachers should also combine the traditional teaching mode with the modern teaching mode,promote color teaching with innovative thinking,and set up rich and diverse channels for students' color learning.As one of the contents of aesthetic education,color curriculum should let primary school students learn to discover beauty with color,express beauty,use beauty,plant the idea of beauty in the hearts of primary school students,this seed will grow into an art nursery.
