In order to be unique andstanding firmly in the competitive training market, it is a good way to improve thestrength of the training institutions through the performance management. How toimprove the institutions’ performance management to enhance their competitiveness,and how to use performance management to obtain further development, which becomeserious problems that need to be solved urgently by private training institutions.This paper summarizes and studies the main theories of performance managementat home and abroad, analyzes the content of the enterprise performance management, aswell as its impact and the latest trends.
