Research On The Operation Mode Of Guangzhou Hengda Football Club

Football is a sport with a long history in our country,but the development of Chinese football industry started relatively late.Meanwhile,the development of professional football is relatively lagging behind.With the growing development of Chinese football industry,the development situation of Chinese professional football has become an increasingly important research topic.Besides,the operation mode of the professional football clubs,such as how to improve the brand image of the league and the management level was mentioned many times and widely concerned.In recent years,with the general downturn of China's football market,the Guangzhou Hengda football club has still made great achievements.Its business model has some advantages,but at the same time it has some limitations.Therefore,this study chooses Guangzhou Hengda professional football club as the research object,using literature researches,interviews,questionnaires,statistic analysis and other methods to analyze the status quo of Guangzhou Hengda professional football club.Meanwhile,combined with a questionnaire survey,this study attempts to find the resistance and problems of the operation model of Guangzhou Hengda football club.Moreover,based on the international advanced experience and national conditions,this study will put forward corresponding recommendations and countermeasures on the football industry,which could provide ideas to the relevant theory of football industry and the development of China's professional football club.Therefore,this study has important theoretical and practical significance to some degree.
