Normal education as the basis for all kinds of education has an important impact on the development of the whole education.Modern Normal Education in Tianjin arose in the early twentieth century and then developed continuously in the transforming social surroundings of the late Qing and Republic,which showed distinct stage characteristics and features of the region education.As an important part of modern education,the research of modern normal education occupies an important position in the educational history research in Tianjin.In addition,it provides certain reference significance for the development of current normal education.The main research method in this study is literature method and historical method.Through the study of historical documents,the research is devoted to explore the scene of Tianjin normal education in modern society,to summarize the characteristics during different periods,and then to analyze and evaluate Tianjin normal education at that time objectively.Paper is divided into the following sections:The introduction includes the issues raised,the core definition,literature review,research purpose and significance as well as research ideas and methods.The first chapter expounds the germination of normal education in Tianjin,including historical background and the early development of its produce,specifically the basic framework for the establishment of an independent,school-running profiles and characteristics.The second chapter expounds the transformation of normal education in Tianjin,including the new developments of quantity,type and school-running profiles in terms of normal education institutions during this period.Then it summarizes the characteristics of the normal education development in this transition period.The third chapter expounds the adjustments and improvements of normal education in Tianjin,including further development of normal education institutions as well as the optimization of normal education programs and management,and then summed up the characteristics of the normal education development in this period.The fourth chapter expounds the hit and reconstruction of Tianjin normal education,outlines the tortuous development of normal education institutions in the wartime and postwar,and summarized school-running overviews and characteristics of the normal education in this period.The conclusion summarizes experience and inadequate of Tianjin normal education in modern society,in order to provide inspiration for the development of current normal education.
