To Optimize The Training System Of Shanghai Track And Field Coaches

This research according to the requirements of medium and long-term development planning of track and field project of Shanghai will be the Shanghai track and field coaches training system as the research object;through the literature material law,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics method,combining previous research on training system of the coaches of operational definitions;and the structure of the coaches training system for the design of the questionnaire,one,two,three line of coaches in Shanghai questionnaire investigation,and find the existing problems,find out the cause according to the problem,combined with the literature and the results of the survey to find out optimal strategy in the track and field coaches training system of Shanghai,in order to improve the quality of track and field coaches in Shanghai structure,strengthen the overall quality of the contingent of coaches,improve the competitive level of the track and field events in Shanghai.The following results are presented in this paper:1,the Shanghai track and field coaches completed preliminary institutionalization,and has to be perfect,but the implementation in the training,time arrangement,examination form,the form of funds,etc relatively perfect;The training style is diversified,the time arrangement is reasonable and proper,the appraisal form conforms to the professional characteristics of the coach.The training of coaches is guaranteed,which gives full play to Shanghai's policy advantages,geographical advantages and economic advantages.2,the Shanghai track and field coaches training rules and regulations lack of gradation,and the coach qualification threshold is low,training evaluation mechanism is not sound,the coaches on the training emphasis is low;The training institutions are not flexible enough to accommodate the needs of modern competitive sports development;The content of the training is not strong enough,the actual demand of the coaches of different levels is not consistent,the training system still needs to be perfected.3,The optimization strategy of the training system of the Shanghai track and field coaches is to strengthen the rules and regulations of the junior coaches and formulate corresponding training regulations.Drawing on the establishment of the qualification admission system for the mature coaches of foreign countries,the qualification of coaches,through training qualified certificates;To increase the evaluation criteria of the coaches and to include the assessment of the training and evaluation of the coaches.To play the role of the university training institution,to explore in the market and society,and to find more training institutions;To increase the level of the training content and to develop the corresponding training content in different grades.
