| In recent years,Information socialization service promotes the integration of internet and traditional education methods,which generate the online courses.Start with the Khan Academy in 2007 to the rising of MOOCs in 2012,development of the online courses has gone beyond people's imagination.Students can be taught in the traditional classroom,and use fragmented time to learn MOOCs classes,which will cultivate their self-learning ability.As supplement of traditional teaching mode,MOOCs enriched the classroom teaching form,provides a more flexible and diverse learning resources,also set higher requirements on the profession of college teachers.The thesis use literature research method,investigation method and comparative analysis to do the research in order to make analysis of to study the problems faced by the professional development of the university teachers under the teaching situation of MOOCs.First of all,through the arrangement of documents,we find that MOOCs not only enriched the contents of the curriculum of colleges and universities,improved the teaching methods of teachers,but also enhanced the awareness of college teachers for the network platform and promoted the relevant professional knowledge and background of teachers.In addition,while MOOCs classes bring convenience for students,it also brought many challenges for college teachers.Through the interviews with teachers who are part of the implementation of MOOCs teaching,we found out that,MOOCs not only means the innovation of educational technology,the promotion of educational means,but also the transformation of educational ideas and teaching methods.MOOcs change of the identity of the traditional teacher's role,from the output of knowledge into the knowledge of the navigator.as the new teacher-student relationship and new teaching,the concept of professional teaching,professional knowledge structure and professional teaching ability also need to be changed.The problems of constructive knowledge generation,the flexible and diverse interactive mode,the excitation of students' innovative thinking and the mastery of curriculum development are all the problems that teachers in colleges and universities must face in the teaching situation.In view of the various challenges and problems brought by the teachers'professional teaching ability,we can deal with them in the following aspects:First,at national level,we should introduce the policy of encouraging the teaching of teachers and the professional development of teachers.At college level,the platform of MOOCs needed to be strengthened,enhance the network technology ability of teachers;at teacher level,the need to change the teaching concept,enrich the expansion of professional knowledge,and constantly enhance their professional teaching ability. |
