The year of 2012 was the first year of MOOCs, In 2013, MOOCs entered into China.It is a new-style network education pattern and it had fiercely attacked into our higher education, which had brought great changes to our study. The MOOCs has the characteristics as follows:the free excellent courses in elite school; the complete learning experience; the knowledge point subdivision teaching video, corresponding to the fragmentation learning habits;the flipped classroom-the power of initiative to the students; the interaction of improving the learning efficiency for the students and so on. The MOOCs has been a supporting point for the change of higher education and it has released productive forces at the present.It will play a decisive future role in higher education.The college students, as the main force of this target audience in the use of MOOCs, also is the core object in this research.Based on Technology Acceptance Model ? the Theory of Planned Behavior and Diffusion of Innovation Theory, by building research patterns influencing the audience of college student usage behavior from MOOCs,using the ways of random selection, this study has done empirical research on the audience of college students more than bachelor or above degree from more than fifty universities in the nationwide. The main purpose of this study is to explore the developing condition, the factors that influence the audience of college students and its specific effect degree in Chinese college students. Based on this, we can do research on the significant differences on the specific behaviors of the audience of different kinds of college students.In this process, we can analyze the data by using SPSS20.0analysis software.After analyzing, we have concluded that: Firstly, there are five top creative points of characteristics on MOOCs having been highly appreciated; Secondly, the factors of interpersonal influence and self-control have positive influences on the adoption influence and usage intention,while the social factors have negative effects on the adoption attitude and usage intention of college students; Thirdly, the stronger the cognitive behavioral control of MOOCs college students in our countries is, the intense of the usage is higher; Fourthly, the using attitude, the using intention and the usage behaviors of college students are appearing a positive relation chain; Lastly,different sex,grades and the length of time on the internet of college students, there exists significant differences in adoption attitude and usage behavior. But in differentmajors, there exists no significant differences.According to the above-mentioned research results, from the aspects of curriculum design, curriculum value, platform function, publicity direction and the layer of added value, this paper gives some advises on the future development of MOOCs in college students in our country.
