In recent years,MOOCs courses rise,and set off a global online learning and education reform boom.How to adapt to the current development regular patternof MOOCs courses,targeted to improve our current problems which exist in higher education,and adapt to the trend MOOCs curriculum development has become an important topic of the times.At present,the academic circles have carried on the more extensive research to the MOOCs curriculum,including a body of research MOOCs,MOOCs comparative research project impact study MOOCs on higher education and the impact on the development of research MOOCs Reformation.On the basis of these studies,further comb concept and characteristics MOOCs,its development course and morphological classification,combined with the theory of higher education,which in addition to outside the construction theory,behaviorism learning theory,with connectivism learning theory for a more in-depth analysis.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by China's university teaching under the background of the development of MOOCs.At present,there are many problems in the teaching of traditional university in our country.First of all,forms of learning and teaching content issues include organizational form than a single university teaching,university teachers manipulating the teaching process,teaching content pre Chenghua.Secondly,the problem of teaching and professional development,including teachers Double Type literacy is not high,the overall transformation of scientific research is not strong.Finally,the problems of teaching organization and management mode,including the weakening of the main status of teachers led to the low efficiency of management.Under the background of MOOCs,a series of changes have been made in the teaching management of University,and some typical cases have emerged.For example,the online network course construction of Hongkong Open University,through the information resources,learning process,service arrangements,technical support four aspects to achieve.The reform of teaching contents and methods in Fudan University,select the contents of the teaching,the reorganization of the teaching framework,the diversification of teaching methods,the introduction of intelligent teaching system.Beijing University reformsthe teaching management system,in the setting of the highest academic institution,the academic committee as the institution,reform of teacher evaluation index system of the process,teaching and research staff is divided into a series of management,undergraduate "small class teaching" master "focusing on the application of",11 departments pilot "international peer review".In addition,there is case study of the development of MOOCs courses in foreign countries.Based on the above content,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of college teaching management under the background of MOOCs.First of all,to promote the reform of teaching content and teaching methods,including real-time update and adjust the teaching content,the use of diversified teaching methods,to promote the integration of online and offline teaching,the formation of long-term mechanism of reform and development.Secondly,the internal and external build efficient MOOCS collaborative sharing platform,including in Colleges and universities to strengthen the understanding,change thinking,colleges and universities the teaching resources optimization combination,introducing social forces to jointly develop MOOCS,forming mutual benefit and smooth internal and external cooperation mechanism.Once again,to reform the existing teacher evaluation mechanism of management,promote the administrative reform efforts,reform of teacher evaluation index system,the reform of teacher personnel management promotion system and reconstruction of teachers' professional development and growth path.Finally,to make the administrative department of education to provide effective policy support and institutional supply,such as the Department in charge of education to strengthen the importance of MOOCS,the Department in charge of education to strengthen support to the reform of colleges and universities,take the mode of operation of the project to promote the development of MOOCS,strengthening supervision,and strengthen the supervision of senior teachers to maintain intellectual property rights.
