| Happiness is the eternal pursuit of mankind,the teachers profession is the world's most glorious,the most enviable,and the most proud of profession,the well-being of teachers should be paid more attention.However,I do not know since when,It is being stolen,due to a variety of problems,There have been varying degrees of job burnout,resulting in a variety of physical and mental problems.Teacher occupational happiness is worrying,it will have a bad effect on teachers effective teaching,which will have a negative impact on our current education.Therefore,it is imperative to improve teachers 'professional happiness,so it is necessary to study the teachers'professional happiness.This study investigated the general situation of occupational well-being of teachers in A level high schools by means of literature review,questionnaires,interviews and comparative study.The results showed that almost half of Teachers'professional well-being in A level high schools is not optimistic,through the impact of A city ordinary high school teachers occupational well-being of the relevant factors analysis,the general high school teachers gender and educational background do not affect high school teachers' professional happiness,teacher's age,job title,job status,teaching subjects,honor status,interpersonal relationships,physical condition,salary,work pressure,work environment will have a significant influence on teachers 'professional happiness.The result shows that there is a big difference between the public schools and private schools in salary,working environment,evaluation system and workload.The results show that the general well-being of teachers in A senior high school is not very good,Overall,the general public high school teachers'professional well-being is higher than private high school teachers,demonstration high school teachers professional well-being is also higher than the ordinary public high school teachers.Therefore,combining with the related factors which affect the occupational happiness of senior middle school teachers in A city,the author puts forward some effective suggestions to improve teachers' occupational well-being in three aspects:teachers themselves,school administrators and the government and society. |
