| The ideological and political theory course is an important course to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people.Its effect depends on the teaching attitude and teaching level of ideological and political teachers to a large extent.High school students are in the critical period of the formation of world outlook,ideological and political teachers and their courses have a great impact on the establishment of students’ correct outlook on life and reasonable values.And the ideological and political teachers’ own happiness and achievement level will have a direct impact on the teaching effect.This has become a practical problem that schools and educational administrative departments should attach great importance to.On the basis of inheriting the previous research results and work experience,this thesis uses systematic analysis and other methods to sort out the relevant theories,views and practices of high school ideological and political teachers’ happiness research.By means of comparative analysis,the positive significance and reference value of the Chinese traditional view of happiness,the western mainstream view of happiness and the classic Marxist view of happiness are preliminarily analyzed.Especially from the academic perspective of positive psychology,combing with the reality of our high school education,it put forward to use the Chinese times of Marxist view of happiness,which is the view of Xi Jinping struggle for happiness,to construct the spiritual word of high school ideological and political teachers and to exert positive influence on students.At the same time,guided by Marx’s theory of principal contradiction and using the method of contradiction analysis,the present situation,characteristics and problems of high school ideological and political teachers’ happiness are deeply analyzed.By referring to the design ideas of Yao Ru Scale and Likert five-dimensional scale,combined with my work experience and interview experience,this thesis compiled the high school ideological and political teachers’ happiness measurement scale,conducted a hierarchical survey in Shanxi Province and some schools in the country,and conducted a more in-depth analysis from the five dimensions of culture,security,economy,society,politics and their relations.Furthermore,it puts forward the methods,paths and measures to enhance the happiness of ideological and political teachers,such as strengthening the spiritual support of high school ideological and political teachers,building a solid security guarantee,consolidating the economic foundation,optimizing the working environment,and strengthening the discipline confidence.This research has carried on a more beneficial exploration and practice for strengthening the construction of high school ideological and political teachers and ideological and political theory curriculum construction.The shortcomings of this study are that the scope of investigation is relatively small,the number of selected samples is small,the research results are relatively shallow,the practical guiding significance is limited,the next step should be more in-depth research. |
