| In recent years,the general education has become an effective method of the higher education improve the quality of talent cultivation and make the target of quality-oriented education be workable.With the deeply development of the general educational practice,it has formed five systems of general education:the core curriculum,the liberal optional courses,the categorial teaching,the literature reading and the academy learning system.This research develops on the academy learning system to present details,analyse existing problems and give some suggestions.The research adopted the literature analysis method and the content analysis method to introduce and analyse the residential college system in Britain and America,the academic learning system in ancient China,hongkong and taiwan.What's more,it introduce and analyse the academic learning system in general education in China and give the corresponding suggestions on those existing problems.The academic learning system as a general education system which can improve students'comprehensive qualities,its real purpose match the goal of general education of human cultivation very well,it has significant impacts on students' development of humanistic accomplishment and cultivate their humanistic spirits.At the present stage,the improvement strategies of academic learning system include deepen the construction of the academy of tutorial system,implementation of the academic liberties,optimize the environment and atmosphere,found the reasonable,scientific evaluation system.With the deeply improvement and development of the academic learning system general education,the deficiency in dominant curriculum in recent general education can be made up,the ways of implementation of the humanistic quality education can be expanded.The successful development of the academic learning system general education has advantages in improving the standard of university' s general education,and then improve the quality of talent cultivation. |
