Purpose: Understand and grasp the effect of different intensity electrical stimulation intervention in the training of sprinters.Methods: literature data,expert interview,experiment,and statistics.Mainly aim to explore the effect of electrical stimulation in the training of sprinters,seek for the optimum scheme for electrical stimulation,enrich the training methods and practical exercises for dash sports.Mainly get these conclusions:(1)high strength,suitable strength group before the experiment and ordinary strength training quadriceps 120 ° extensor strength,hamstring stomach knee strength,100 meters,standing long jump,squat 1 RM maximum strength and lower limbs flexible,6 indexes were no statistically significant difference.(2)different intensity of electrical stimulation for sprinters quadriceps 120 ° extensor strength,hamstring stomach knee strength,100 meters,standing long jump,squat 1 RM maximum force has a certain difference,but the influences on the targets of lower limbs flexible,than there is no statistically significant differences.(3)short-term high intensity electric stimulation training can significantly improve sprinter quadriceps,hamstrings,lower limb strength,speed,quality,power quality,the most obvious change effect is better than that of normal strength training,different intensity of electrical stimulation can't effectively improve sprinters lower limbs flexible qualities.
