| OBJECTIVES: Electrical stimulation training has become an important way of modern strength training.There are two main forms of electrical stimulation training,synchronous electrical stimulation method and alternating electrical stimulation method.In this study,by comparing the experimental methods and taking squat training as an example,we explore the different effects of two different dynamic electrical stimulation training on strength,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the specific application of dynamic electrical stimulation training in strength training.METHODS: The research progress of two kinds of dynamic electrical stimulation training methods was clarified by literature method.Using the experimental method,24 academic men of Beijing Sports University were randomly divided into three groups(synchronous electric stimulation group,alternating electric stimulation group and blank control group).The synchronous electric stimulation group and alternating electric stimulation group were given electric stimulation strength training for 8 weeks,respectively.Before,after and after the femur and gluteal muscles of the subjects were stimulated with 300 microns wave width,2500 Hz carrier frequency and 75 Hz modulated wave.The parameters of electrical stimulation were the same,but the ways of application were different.Data statistics were used to analyze the maximum strength,explosive force,muscle endurance and skeletal muscle quality of the subjects before and after the experiment.RESULT: Before and after the experiment,the maximum squat strength,jump height,maximum number of continuous squats and skeletal muscle quality of the subjects in the two electrical stimulation groups increased significantly(P < 0.05);the maximum squat strength in the synchronous electrical stimulation group increased more significantly(P<0.05);the maximum number of continuous squats in the synchronous electrical stimulation group increased more significantly(P < 0.05)in the original vertical jump height(P<0.05);The growth of the alternating electrical stimulation group was more significant(P<0.05);the synchronous electrical stimulation group was more significant in skeletal muscle quality,and the difference between the two groups before and after the experiment was significant(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:(1)Both dynamic electrical stimulation strength training methods can improve the maximum strength,explosive force,muscle endurance and skeletal muscle quality of trainers.(2)Synchronized electrical stimulation training can improve the maximum strength,explosive power and skeletal muscle quality more significantly than alternating electrical stimulation training,and alternating electrical stimulation training can improve muscle endurance more significantly. |
