With the innovation of science and technology and the rise of fitness for all,in the 2020 ACSM Global Fitness Trend Survey,wearable technology ranks first.Among them,Electrical Muscle Stimulation(EMS)has gradually become a sport in recent years.One of the important forms of training.With the continuous deepening of sports scientific research,people's awareness of electrical muscle stimulation training(EMS)has been continuously improved.In 2011,EMS ushered in a significant change in technical equipment-wireless portable wearable instruments.The problems of traditional muscle training,such as limited space,complicated wearing,and strong operation interference,have further broadened the application of EMS in the fields of medical treatment,rehabilitation and health care,and sports training.Nowadays,this training method has gradually been popularized into the fitness training of the general population.However,EMS,as a new type of sports and fitness,has not yet known the impact on the body composition of ordinary people who lose weight.Therefore,on the premise of eliminating environmental factors(daily diet,nutritional supplements,sleep,resistance methods,open-chain and closed-chain actions,etc.),this article mainly conducts empirical research on weight loss people through electrical muscle stimulation training to explore their participation The weight loss,body fat,visceral fat,skeletal muscle,body fat percentage,waist-to-hip ratio,and other body composition effects of the experimental weight-loss population will provide practical advice for the general population and further expand the positive impact of EMS.In this paper,literature data method,measurement method,experimental method,and mathematical statistics method are used.40 healthy adults in the 30-40 age group are selected for 3 months of test training.They are randomly divided into two groups,and the control group is subjected to traditional methods.Fitness training method,using combined equipment for traditional whole body exercise,experimental group for muscle electrical stimulation training method,using electric pulse equipment resistance mode and aerobic mode for whole body exercise,exercise frequency 4 days / time.The test indicators include: the body composition of all participants such as weight,body fat,body fat percentage,skeletal muscle,body mass index,etc.Research results:1)After 3 months of muscle electrical stimulation training,the subjects of body composition exist significant differences(P < 0.05),and muscle electrical stimulation training men to be measured height,weight and body mass index(BMI)there is no significant effect(P > 0.05),but the skeletal muscle weight/body weight,body fat,body fat rate,waist-to-hip ratio and basal metabolism has a significant effect(P < 0.05).At the same time,it had no significant effect on the height and basal metabolism of the tested women(P>0.05),but had a significant effect on body weight and waist-hip ratio(P<0.05),and had a very significant effect on skeletal muscle,body fat,body mass index(BMI)and body fat rate(P<0.01).2)From the point of survey results,the experimental EMS after training and traditional training subjects in all kinds of body composition characteristics of alienation index to show on a business trip,by comparing the traditional training and EMS training body composition test at the beginning of men and women,and repetition of variations can be found,for the men to be tested,in addition to the height and skeletal muscle,EMS training men being measured changes in body composition index compared with traditional training is more obvious;For the tested women,in addition to height and skeletal muscle,the changes in body composition of the tested women in EMS training were more obvious than those in traditional training.Research conclusion:1)muscle electrical stimulation training has a significant impact on the body composition of the slimming population,with body weight,body fat,body mass index(BMI),body fat rate and waist-hip ratio showing a decreasing trend,while skeletal muscle and basal metabolism showing an increasing trend.2)compared with traditional training,muscle electrical stimulation training has a greater influence on the body composition of people who lose weight.3)during the muscle electrical stimulation training,the changes of body composition indexes of men are more obvious than those of women.Compared with traditional training,muscle electrical stimulation training has a greater influence on female body composition.4)During the 12-week training,the subject's various body composition indexes were significantly different at different time points,and the muscle electrical stimulation training in the next 6 weeks was better than the training in the previous 6 weeks,and the body composition changed faster.
