A Comparative Study On Operation Methods Of Sports Organizations In Yunnan And Shanghai

China's sports associations on the research is being carried out gradually,many scholars and experts on the development of sports associations theory and practice of a large number of research and analysis,the theory of the community,community autonomy and the relationship between government departments and so on Becomes the research hot spot at this stage.In this situation,the rapid development of college sports associations,corresponding to the college sports community research has gradually increased,this article through the Yunnan Normal University and East China Normal University,sports organizations,the specific analysis and comparison,on the one hand To find out the commonness and heterosexuality of sports associations,and to provide reference for the operation and development of sports associations in China.This article is based on the research of the members of the Sports Associations of Yunnan Normal University and the members of the Sports Associations of East China Normal University.Using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaires,statistics and so on,The comparison of the two colleges and universities sports associations,the comparison of the status of the two colleges and universities sports community activities,the two colleges and universities organization of the activities of the two colleges and universities sports organizations,Site equipment,and other four aspects of a comprehensive survey and analysis,found between the similarities and similarities and differences,for the sports community common problems put forward reasonable proposals for the college sports community operation,construction,development reference.And lay a theoretical foundation for the future research.The research shows that in the basic situation of the community,the sports associations in the two universities are roughly the same,the number of boys is higher than that of girls,the enthusiasm of junior students is higher than that of senior students,The two colleges and universities are subjective attention and positive,but due to some objective problems such as policy-oriented,funds,tutor and other factors,resulting in the construction of the community in the implementation process of the difference;In the community activities,in general,the activities of China Normal University sports associations to be slightly better than Yun Normal University,in terms of preparation from the early to activity planning,innovation,publicity activities are very complete,especially in the activities of innovation On the venue equipment,cloud normal university is better than the China Normal University,subjectively,cloud Normal University sports venues,gymnasium construction is complete,for the development of sports associations to provide material basis for the development of sports associations,,Objectively,Yun Normal also allows the working hours,students can use free of charge sports facilities,do not need too many complex application conditions.Combination of these four aspects,I believe that the two colleges and universities have their own strengths and shorten the sports community,China Normal University can develop some strong ethnic sports characteristics of the community,and Yun Shi should be vigorously made Exhibition star community,the formation of a certain brand culture.Based on the comparative study on the operation of sports societies between Yunnan Normal University and East China Normal University,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to better operate the sports societies in colleges and universities in light of the actual situation.
