The mathematics curriculum standard for compulsory education(2022 Edition),is issued by the Ministry of education in 2022,indicates that a new round of curriculum reform is about to start,and also promotes the renewal of mathematics teaching materials,and the teaching reference books as auxiliary teachers' teaching will be updated accordingly.As an auxiliary teaching tool,the position and function of teaching reference books in school teaching reflect the importance of teaching reference books.A new round of junior middle school mathematics curriculum reform is about to be carried out,and the new teaching materials will also be put into use.With the pace of the new teaching materials,there will be the birth of a new teaching reference.Therefore,the current use of junior middle school mathematics teaching reference of East China Normal University Press,the satisfaction of junior middle school mathematics teachers with the current mathematics teaching reference of East China Normal University Press,and the opinions and suggestions of front-line teachers for teaching reference are worth studying.In the research process,this paper mainly adopts the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,including literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and data analysis method.Firstly,the existing literature is sorted,classified,summarized and analyzed through literature research,and the research purpose and problems are determined.Then,the design ideas of the national questionnaire on the use of teaching materials in primary and secondary schools and the questionnaire on the use of teaching reference books in primary and secondary schools are used for reference.At the same time,the questionnaire on the use of teaching books and compilation suggestions for junior middle school mathematics teachers is consulted "Questionnaire on senior high school English teachers' teaching books published by people's education press" and other questionnaires,and compiled the "questionnaire on junior middle school mathematics teaching reference books".A questionnaire survey was conducted among 136 junior middle school mathematics teachers in Shapingba District of Chongqing on the use of junior middle school mathematics teaching reference books published by East China Normal University Press.The reliability and validity,satisfaction,use,overall evaluation,problems and writing suggestions of the collected questionnaire data were analyzed,and the factors that may affect the use of teaching reference by teachers were analyzed by multi factor analysis of variance.Then,based on the questionnaire survey,this paper makes an in-depth interview research on the front-line teachers,analyzes the interview results,and sorts out the teachers' attitude towards the use of teaching reference,the columns of using teaching reference,the benefit situation and the compilation suggestions for improving the current teaching reference.The results show that:(1)the overall satisfaction and utilization rate of front-line teachers are relatively high;(2)Teachers' use of teaching reference benefits significantly,but the use method is relatively single,which is mostly used for lesson preparation;(3)The differences of teachers' gender,educational background and teaching age have no significant impact on Teachers' willingness to use teaching reference,while teachers' professional title and school have a certain impact on the utilization rate of teachers' teaching reference;(4)Teachers put forward suggestions on improving the compilation of junior middle school mathematics teaching reference books published by East China Normal University Press: increase reference cases of teaching design,increase exercises with different difficulties,supplement websites or CDs of courseware and other relevant teaching resources,refine teaching suggestions and teaching objectives,increase teaching difficulties and teaching evaluation,etc.
