Study On The Process Of Adapting To The New Educational Conditions Among International Students From Russia In East China Normal University

At present,China's education system is in the process of internationalization.Chinese universities are actively working to promote the trend of internationalization of the education.China is attracting more and more foreigners as an alternative place to study abroad.Adaptability is an important factor for foreign students to stay in the educational environment.The adaptation process of international students is one of the key research topics in the field of education.Foreign students often face many adaptive problems that hinder successful university training.The adaptation problem faced by foreign students is an urgent problem in this study.Relations between China and Russia have been improving recently.More and more Russian students come to China to study,as well as other foreign students,they go through the process of adaptation.Among the specific problems faced by students,it is necessary to distinguish between China and the educational system in Russia.Students who have no experience of studying in Chinese university must have difficulty in the academic adaptation process.The purpose of this study is to study the adaptability of such group of international students.This paper summarizes the development of China's education system through literature reading,questionnaire and interview research methods,as well as the study of the adaptability of international students in China.Secondly,it is clear that the adaptation of Russian students in East China Normal University is comprehensively studied at this stage.Finally,in view of the problems faced by the students of East China Normal University to adapt to the learning process,we put forward constructive suggestions from the development strategy,policy proposal,perfect infrastructure and training of Russian students by drawing on the experience of the development of Chinese and Russian education industry.
