A Study On The Development Of Equestrianism Of Yunnan Province

With the development of China's economy and advancement of people's living standard,increasing people join in equestrian sport.As a new-emerging sport industry,equestrian sport has achieved rapidly development.Equestrian sport also plays an important role in the development of China's economy,society and culture.In recent years,since China attaches great importance on equestrian sport,modern equestrian and equestrian sport have greatly developed.Chinese rider Huatian made an excellent performance during Rio Olympic Games,letting the whole country recognize equestrian.However,compared with equestrian in developed countries,our equestrian industry still has a long way to go.With the trend of great development of China's equestrian and the rising of equestrian sport in Yunnan province,this paper,through the study of macro environment of Yunnan's equestrian sport,aims to analysis the political,economic,cultural and technical environment of equestrian clubs in Yunnan,and offer some valuable suggestions and make a little contribution to the development of equestrian sport in Yunnan.This paper mainly chooses CITIC Jialize Intl.Equestrian Club as the study subject,because it is the heartland of Yunnan Equestrian Association and Yunnan Equestrian Team,representing the highest level of the development of Yunnan's equestrian sport.Through the research on the development of Yunnan equestrian sport,it is concluded that there are some problems in the development of equestrian sport in Yunnan.Second,the development potential of Yunnan Equestrian Club is large,but its layout is uneven and lack of planning.Third.The equestrian club has initially formed the embryonic form of the industrial chain,but the industrial structure is chaotic.Fourth,the operation of the equestrian club has been diversified,but most of the clubs lack of competitiveness.Fifth,the personnel structure is not reasonable enough to host a large number of domestic equestrian events limited and not enough publicity.Sixth,foreign cooperation and communication is not enough,the lack of professional equestrian education system.According to the situation of the development of equestrian sports in Yunnan Province,the following suggestions are put forward: first,the development of the equestrian club in Yunnan must be in harmony with the environment.Second,scientific planning.Third,optimize the industrial structure.Fourth,enhance market competitiveness.Fifth,optimize the team structure.Sixth,to strengthen the host of the event,to enhance the publicity of equestrian sports.Seventh,actively carry out cooperation and exchange of equestrian sports,the introduction of professional education system.
