In recent years,with the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the rising standard of living,the equestrian sport has also been greatly promoted.While riding club is one of the important carrier to promote the development of equestrian sport,equestrian club development good or bad will directly affect the development of equestrian sport,equestrian industry in China.USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods,based on the 21 riding club coaches in seven provinces and cities,the investigation of consumers,from the overall situation of our country equestrian club,systematic analysis of equestrian club development present situation in our country,on the basis of using the SWOT analysis of management the equestrian club development in our country faces the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,and the new period and new situation,how to better promote the faster and better development of the horse-riding club puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Through research,the following basic conclusion is made: 1.In recent years our country equestrian club continues to grow,need to be imported from abroad every year a lot of good horses,with warm blooded horses,blood horse most,horses imported mainly comes from Holland,New Zealand,Australia,kazakhstan,and the United States;In 2016 at the national level above levels of the equestrian events in our country,about 60-80 games,including field jumping,dressage,triathlon,endurance,speed,horse racing and rao barrels,etc.2.The hardware facilities of the equestrian club are relatively perfect,and the software has a lot of defects.Among them,the level of the trainer is low,the professional qualification is not in good condition;The consumer scale is expanding,the men are much larger,the monthly income is more than 6000 yuan,mostly by the car;The main method of joint marketing is that the club is losing money due to the large cost of construction,the large operation expenses and the sole income source.3.From the analysis of SWOT,the advantages of the development of the equestrian club in China are the continuous growth of social demand,the equestrian sport is the positive energy movement and the circle culture.The disadvantage is that the coaches are not qualified,the lack of professional talent,the low service level of the club and the weak brand promotion.Its developing opportunities for national policy support,to cater to mainstream culture development,and the prevalence of luxury,the challenge is the lack of scientific planning,equestrian sport development related media spread effect is poor and the influence of the equestrian star.4.Promote the development of our country equestrian club need to move,should actively seek the government's policy support,reasonable planning club investment,strengthen the equestrian professional personnel training,to promote the coordinated development of high-end in the low,increase the propaganda to the club,and explore to build Chinese equestrian star of tomorrow.
