Students are learning for the sake of what? Parents allow children to read is for the sake of what? Teachers are teaching for the sake of what? National education career development is for the sake of what? Such problems,I believe everyone will have different answers,and the different views about these problems are formed different education value orientation.Primary school students,in the period of values forming at this time of teachers' education teaching behavior will inevitably have a significant effect on the students,and teachers' education teaching behavior under the guidance of education value orientation.In addition,in mathematics education,mathematics is less affected by social and political consciousness of subject,mathematics teachers in view is more rational,in the judgment,the choice of education issues,implementation and evaluation is more objective.Therefore,it is very important to study the elementary school mathematics teacher education value orientation.This study is divided into five parts to the elementary school mathematics teacher education,the essay discusses the value orientation.The first part,introduced the selected topic reason and the significance,the research target,content,method and train of thought,generalizes the research literature on the subject.Ontology based on the second part,is trying to education,the elementary school mathematics teacher's education related value orientation and the education itself to define.And the elementary school mathematics teacher education realm hierarchy are analyzed in shallow layers.The third part,after completed the preliminary theoretical construction,adhere to the principle of combining theory with practice,to the elementary school mathematics teacher has carried on the actual survey and the interview.In addition to some students and parents also conducted interviews,mainly through the side to understand the elementary school mathematics teacher education value orientation.The fourth chapter,through the collection and analysis of the questionnaire,understand the current primary school mathematics teacher education itself value orientation,the reasons of errors exist in the elementary school mathematics teacher in value consciousness and value are obtained biased behavior,more root reason is that teachers' awareness of personal value and as a teacher at work conflict,leading to teachers' position when make value judgment and choice deflect.Finally,the fifth part on the basis of summarizing the problems put forward the elementary school mathematics teacher education itself value orientation to strategy.
