The Orientation Of New Curriculum On Elementary Education And The Research Of Teacher's Education Reform

The attainment of the teachers is the combination of knowledge , ability and belief by which teachers lead to teaching situation. It is existed in a state of structure. High quality teachers are essential to high quality education and it is the common sense that whether education is successful or not depends on the teachers' attainment. The orientation of development, synthesis, selectivity, subjectivity and democracy which embodies in the curriculum reform of elementary education indicates that the standard of new curriculum is a kind of general innovation and transition. In this case, the attainment of the teachers calls for new concept.How can we enhance teachers'attainment to cultivate high quality teachers? The key point lies in strengthening and reforming teachers education .promoting its generalization and continuously improving the way of teachers education training. Besides, by way of teachers professionalization ,we can integrate the teachers internal individual profession development with external social situation to form good general combination to cultivate high quality teachers so that we can realize the aim of elementary education reform.
