Research purposes: This paper takes the characteristics of technical changes of the last four rounds of women’s 20 kilometer walking athletes Yang Liujing,Liu Hong,Qiyang Shijie and Yang Jiayu as the research object,and uses scientific and technical means to obtain the corresponding key technical parameters,and compares the results with those of the same excellent athletes Liu Hong,Yang Jiayu and Qiyang Shijie,and objectively puts forward Shaanxi Yang Liujing,a 20 kilometer women’s walking athlete in western province,has insufficient technical ability,and tries to put forward some suggestions and suggestions for the technical training of Yang Liujing’s 20 kilometer walking event.The technical characteristics of the world’s top female race walkers: wide stride,low stride frequency,stable vertical displacement of the head,good takeoff time,knee angle greater than 175 ° at the moment of landing,more than or close to 30 ° at the foot of landing,knee angle of swinging leg in 100 °-110 ° and a large degree from the foot,the angle between the two thighs is large at the moment of leaving the ground.Research methods: Taking the key technical parameters of the last four rounds of the four elite female walking athletes as the research object,this paper adopts the methods of literature,testing,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.Through the video capture and recording of the walking technique of four women’s walking athletes before the women’s 20 km trial in 2019 World Championships,the dartfish software was used for processing and analysis.Results:1.Compared with the other three athletes,the last four rounds of Shaanxi Women’s walking race showed obvious speed reduction.2.In the last four laps,Yang Liujing,a woman walking athlete in Shaanxi Province,showed a wide range of fluctuations in the technical characteristics of stride length.The stride width of the athlete was larger at 16 kilometers than that of other athletes,and the stride frequency of the last three laps was smaller than that of the first three athletes.The overall control ability of stride frequency was weaker than that of the first three athletes,but the stride frequency of the athlete was relatively low.3.The vertical displacement range of Yang Liujing’s center of gravity in the last four laps is 0.1-0.11 m,and that of the other three athletes is 0.07-0.09 m,which is significantly higher than that of the first three athletes.4.In the last four laps,Yang Liujing’s left and right take-off time are all in thefuzzy time,and the maximum take-off time is 62 milliseconds longer than that of the first three athletes,which shows that the athlete’s technical control in the back range is not stable,and the take-off time is close to the critical value.The knee joints of four athletes were all greater than 175 ° at the moment of landing,and there was no knee bending at the moment of landing.5.In the last four laps,Yang Liujing’s anchor angle parameters are relatively stable and almost equal to those of the other three athletes,but the anchor angle is 35 °with the world’s best female competitors.At the same time,the back pedal and its four athletes are smaller.6.The difference between Yang Liujing and the first three athletes is not obvious,but the research shows that the reasonable minimum swing leg knee angle of walking athletes should be between 100 ° and 110 °.It shows that the angle of swing leg knee of the first four athletes is too small to improve.The angle between the left and right thighs of Yang Liujing,a Shaanxi athlete in the last four laps,is small,and the stride width is less than that of her three athletes.7.In the last four rounds,Liu Hong’s overall technique is relatively stable,but the time of flight is in the fuzzy time of flight,and the angle of the knee joint of the swinging leg is less than that of the world’s excellent women’s 100 °-110 ° and other technical parameters are relatively stable.Suggestions: strengthen the flexibility of Yang Liujing’s hip joint and the extensiveness of the muscles in the big and crus,such as the exercises around the hip joint,swinging the hip joint and turning the hip joint.Before muscle stretching training,fully prepare for stretching and kicking activities,and do more stretching and relaxation exercises after training;strengthen the control of the flight time in the sprint stage during training,reduce the flight time,and make the technical action more stable;strengthen the angle of elevation at the moment of landing,increase the strength and flexibility of ankle muscles in normal practice,and improve the extensiveness of calf muscles and ligaments;strengthen the swing In the process of movement,the degree of relaxation of the big and lower legs is strictly required in normal training,so as to improve the flexibility and flexibility of the hip.
