Since the enrollment of colleges and universities in 1999,the number of higher educators has been increasing.In 2002,the gross enrollment rate of higher education in China reached 15%.At this point,China's higher education entered the popular stage from the elite stage.According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security data show that in 2017 the number of college graduates a new high,reaching 7.95 million.A huge number of college graduates behind the revealing of the invisible employment pressure,"the history of the most difficult season" to become the media industry every year will talk about the topic.The initial employment ability,employment distribution and career development of university graduates represent the quality of employment and the social mobility of higher education.Some scholars have pointed out that in the analysis of the quality of employment of higher education,not only to pay attention to the overall situation,but also should pay attention to its internal differences,gender should be studied by the higher education of employment differences in one of the important variables.According to a female workplace survey shows:more than eighty percent women that there is gender discrimination in employment.Based on the comparison of the quality of higher education and the quality of higher education,the study shows that men who are higher than those of higher education are better than those of higher education.In the work area,occupation type,work unit and job satisfaction are not very different;men are higher than those of higher education in terms of monthly average employment income,title and administrative level.Through the phenomenon,we found that the formation of gender differences in the quality of employment of higher education is mainly due to the following three points:First,the level of female human capital is lower than the male impact of women by higher education job seekers;followed by occupational gender restrictions on women by higher education job hunting and job,including the old concept of employment and the role of the family and the workplace conflict;Finally,the impact of statistical discrimination against women by the higher education career promotion.In view of the above problems and causes,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:at the government level,we must improve the corresponding laws and regulations and formulate the special law,and improve the employment supervision of the supervision mechanism;at the university level,to set up the corresponding courses to help students establish a correct view of employment,and actively carry out practical activities inside and outside the school to strengthen the training of compound talents;at the social level,to speed up the construction of community services to reduce the burden on women,and change the concept of employment,social responsibility;Speaking,to improve the comprehensive ability to enhance the competitiveness of employment,and establish a positive attitude,change the concept of employment.
