Since the late 1990 s since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,Chinese higher education scale expands unceasingly.In April 2016,the ministry of education issued its first "law of higher education quality report,today's college students scale up to 37 million people in our country,the gross enrollment ratio of 40%;Total number of college graduates increased year by year,has reached 7.49 million people,2015 breakthrough new records every year,"in the history of the most difficult graduation season"record high.Then,college students difficult employment problem has become all focus on the hot issues.By the discretion of the college graduates employment quality contains the first college graduates employment quality and economic income,the future professional status.The employment quality of university graduates will directly reflect their employment status,and the discipline setting is an important factor affecting the employment quality of graduates,which results in professional differences of the employment outcomes of higher educated labors.The nature of higher education in our country is professional education,universities education should focus on disciplines to start the professional education of sub-disciplines,sub-disciplines,and the differentiation role of higher education is more obvious."The professional specific human capital" from different professional higher educators who accept different professional education,whether in terms of employment degree,employment approach,contributing factor use,the number of employment units,and the area selecting of employment of the first employment quality,or in respect of employment income,there are obvious disciplines differences between future career development and occupational status:the comprehensive employment ability and quality of science and engineering majors far beyond literature and history majors;the employment ability and the match between people and position of science and engineering majors is much higher than other law literature and history and economic management etc.;the career development planning of science and engineering majors is clearer and specific than other majors;the history and philosophy law majors,education,sports and other majors' pursuit willingness about labor market of "within the system" is higher,and selecting units outside the system becomes a trend.Through the phenomenon,we find that the difference between the employability and quality of employment caused by different professional gap essentially reveals the conflicts among industrial structure,employment structure and discipline structure.For the presence of specific and substantive issues,we find the root cause is lack of coordination of industrial structure and employment structure which makes professional differences of employment quality expanding;the main reason is that the political and economic dual system causes professional gap of the quality of employment of to expand;unreasonable curriculum setting and adjustment lead to professional differences mechanism of the quality of employment expanding,and educational administrative departments lack the connotation construction,and set majors so rigid that college subject setting autonomy is weak and lacks self-discipline and self-control ability;the employment inertia of higher educators results into the quality of employment between discipline differences artificially expanding.For above problems and reasons,the author proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:Innovate industrial structure and political system for higher education to create a fair competition environment for their employment;innovate disciplines mechanism to balance professional differences between the employability and quality of employment;expand autonomy of subject-setting to reduced the gap between higher educators' employability and quality of employment;innovate employment concept to improve the quality of employment of higher educator and promote their career development.
