Research purposes:the league during the professional soccer player some physiological and biochemical indexes are analyzed, and the index data with the team's physical performance relationship research to help coaches to understand the status of the team as a whole, and the correct training program evaluation and adjustment period. Methods:extraction of suzhou dongwu football club in 2017,the entire season all league games are played as a test, the league is divided into three stages:the first seven league games for the first phase, among seven league games for the second phase, the final eight premiership games for the third phase.Extraction respectively in each stage of the game 4 weeks for the target game, the game in the middle of the week day measuring subjects relevant portions of the physiological and biochemical indexes of athletes at the same time, target the week of continuous measurement of athletes morning pulse level a week;Collect the competition data from each stage of the competition after the competition, and classify them by three stages.Experimental results:physiological and biochemical indicators:medium term relative to prophase:red blood cell count; There was a significant decrease in hemoglobin content, testosterone and testosterone(P<0.05 or 0.01).There was a significant increase in the morning pulse and cortisol in the creatine kinase(P<0.05 or 0.01).The late stage was significantly decreased in the morning pulse(P<0.05).There was a significant increase in hemoglobin content(P<0.01).In the later stage, there was a significant decrease in hemoglobin content, testosterone and testosterone and cortisol ratio(P<0.05 or 0.01).There was a significant increase in cortisol(P<0.05).Physical indicators:the medium term is relative to the later stage:sprinting,high-speed running, jogging, moderate running, low speed running, and total activity distance(P<0.05 or 0.01).In the later stage, there was a significant increase in the distance between moderate speed, low speed, jogging and total activity(P<0.05).In the later stage, there was a significant decrease in sprinting,high-speed running, moderate running, low speed running, and total activity distance(P<0.05 or 0.01).In terms of correlation, blood biochemical indexes were positively correlated with the total activity distance, low speed running, jogging, jogging and total activity distance of the athletes. The morning pulse is negatively correlated with sprinting,high-speed running and total activity distance. The ratio of testosterone to T/C was positively correlated with high speed running, moderate running, low speed running, jogging and total activity distance, while cortisol was negatively correlated with these indicators(excluding high speed running).Creatine kinase is negatively correlated with high speed running on the field. Conclusion:look from the physiological and biochemical indicators:early league team function at a higher level but with competition increasing middle league fatigue problem, presents the slow rise late but the league but did not return to the highest level; From the physical changes of the field:in the middle of the league, the aerobic capacity of the athletes has obviously decreased, although the end of the league has been restored, but the recovery degree is small, anaerobic capacity has not changed much. The relationship between physiological and biochemical indexes and the physical ability of the field:hemoglobin and red blood cells and morning pulse are the most important indicators to reflect the athletes' physical fitness.T/C ratio and serum creatine kinase play a certain role;Acrobic capacity plays an important role in the overall performance of the team.
