Research purposes:This study tested the athletes of Myanmar’s national team by tracking the national team before the altitude training in a number of functional indexes. This study explored the characteristics of the body function index of the endurance project(such as walking, middle-distance race and marathon) of Myanmar’s national team during altitude training, and summarized the change rule of athletes ’ functions.Research methods:literature:This study looked up the literature about altitude training and physiological and biochemical monitoring indicators;Experimental method: This study tested the Physiological indexes(such as heart rate,blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation of Myanmar’s national athletes team twice a day a month before, and tested the biochemical indicators(such as routine blood, CK,BUN, T, C, SF)every Monday morning;Mathematical statistics: This study used the statistical software spss17.0 method of single factor analysis of data, data using XS, significance level(P < 0.05.)Results: The athlete’s quiet heart rate has a tendency to decrease and the SPO2 in the normal range while they keep quiet during altitude training. Biochemical indexes includes the parameter of reticulocytes, Hb, reactions such as SF, athletes and nutrition indicators of the immune system are all in the normal range in the test results; Serum CK test value is bigger, but there is no difference changes before and after the three times; BUN a fourth test results compared with the first week and second week there are significant differences. There is no significant difference between before and after the three times that male athletes of T value change in the normal range and at a higher level.Research conclusions:1.Due to the shrinking of training load, quiet heart rate is reduced as follow and the blood oxygen tends to be stable.2.Serum CK is reflected intensity index, BUN is indicator of the volume.This study compared to response to the previous training athletes cycle load in the test before you start training a week and changed the arrangement of the function.3.The coaches should be caused seriously that one female member of serum testosterone value is higher than its her female athletes, and women’s testosterone value is generally lower than men.4.The RBC, Hb and Hct were in normal test results for the third time is higher than the previous two and the athlete body carrying oxygen ability enhancement;Reticulocyte parameters change with the change of RBC and Hb, SF, also is in the normal range and has a tendency to increase.The third test shows that the athletes body function is better than the first two tests, the athletes body function conditions gradually improve.
