Research objective: improving competitive ability is the eternal goal of athlete training,and scientific training of athletes is an important link to improve competitive level.Foot race teams(men)in shandong province to the physiological and biochemical indicators monitoring issue during the winter training as a starting point,through monitoring the serum testosterone(T)of the walker,cortisol(C),creatine kinase(CK),hemoglobin(Hb),blood urea(BU)trend of the indicators of body function main indicators of evaluation and study the physiological change characteristics of athletes,the athletes training whether science to reaction.In order to provide some theoretical reference for the further improvement of scientific training and body function evaluation of the athletes of shandong men's walking race team in the future.Research object and research method: five main athletes of men's walking race team in shandong province during winter training were studied.This paper summarizes the research on the physiological and biochemical indexes of athletes' body functions by using the method of literature materials,and preliminarily determines the monitoring indexes by combining with the characteristics of the race walking athletes.The effectiveness,feasibility and scientificity of monitoring the physiological and biochemical indexes were discussed through the methods of expert interview and questionnaire survey,so as to determine the functional indexes that can be used to evaluate the walkers.Using the method of experimental observation,the monitoring indexes of athletes' physical function were monitored and recorded during the winter training,and the testing status was tracked and recorded.In order to objectively reflect the monitoring and evaluation of physiological and biochemical indexes of athletes,the experimental data of athletes were analyzed by mathematical statistics method.Monitoring in the whole training process is divided into four stages,which are pre-training,pre-training,mid-training and post-training.The main indicators selectedin this study were hemoglobin,creatine kinase,serum testosterone,cortisol and blood urea.Results and conclusions:1.During the winter training,change of hemoglobin five athletes in 140-160-g/L range,five athletes hemoglobin content presented after the first reduce gradually rising trend,the early stage of the training,training and training before mid has significant difference,there was no significant difference before late training and training,five athletes hemoglobin levels are within the normal range.2.In the middle stage of winter training,the content of creatine kinase in * showed a significant difference from that before the training(P<0.01),and the fluctuation exceeded the normal range,indicating that the training was overloaded and recovered in the later stage.The other four athletes all showed an increase in the middle training period,but fluctuated in the normal range and showed a decline trend in the later training period.Compared with the early training period,there was no significant difference in the content of serum creatine kinase.3.During the training,the changes of testosterone and cortisol in the blood of the five athletes showed a trend of sharp increase at first and then a slow decrease,and they were in the normal range.There was a significant difference in the content of testosterone and cortisol between the pre-training period and the training period,while there was no significant difference between the post-training period and the pre-training period,indicating that the training of athletes conforms to the physiological and biochemical law of training,and the training effect is significant.4.The monitoring of the changes in athletes' blood urea showed that the concentration of blood urea first decreased and then increased,and then decreased to a relatively stable state after adjustment,indicating that the team members had good adaptability.5.Five athletes body function monitoring training has achieved obvious results,the five indexes of monitoring chooses,reflects both athletes physical energy metabolism system functioning,and shows the athletes to exercise,exercise intensity to adapt tothe situation,timely reflect the changes during the period of preparation for body function,to ensure the players' training mission is completed,and the member state of the body as a whole,has always maintained a steady state,without excessive,excessive fatigue,difficulty in returning to training,which provides theoretical basis for scientific training.
