| The education and research on students’ awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law" is an important lever for implementing the comprehensive strategy of governing the country according to law in middle school ideological and political courses.The comprehensive rule of law encompasses three major aspects: the spirit of the rule of law,legal means,and the legalization of social governance,and the awareness of the rule of law is the underlying logic that makes it possible.Without the support of the awareness of the rule of law,the above three aspects have no basis for recognition.Therefore,the education of rule of law awareness is of great significance for the implementation of comprehensive rule of law,which is the original intention of my decision to conduct this research.Research shows that the education of students’ legal awareness in the current "Politics and the Rule of Law" classroom has achieved some results,but also faces challenges.The reasons for the challenges are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed based on this.The article is divided into the following three parts.Part One: Elaborate on the connotation and value of educating high school students on the awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law".Define the concepts of rule of law and education on rule of law awareness,and analyze the necessity of educating students on rule of law awareness in the teaching of "Politics and Rule of Law".Part 2: Analysis of the achievements,challenges,and causes of educating high school students on the awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law".The first part consists of interviews and questionnaire surveys.Currently,it has been found that high school students have made certain achievements in the education of rule of law awareness.However,based on the three-dimensional goals of rule of law knowledge and skills,rule of law process and methods,and rule of law emotions,attitudes,and values proposed in the "Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)" issued by the Ministry of Education in 2001,there are difficulties in connecting some students’ rule of law knowledge in the teaching process of "Politics and Rule of Law" Some students lack the ability to think about the rule of law,and some students have not yet formed their rule of law emotions.The main reasons for these challenges are insufficient analysis of learning situation,lack of standardization of teaching behavior,and poor creation of teaching atmosphere.The third part discusses the strategies for educating high school students on the awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law".Strategies are mainly proposed from the perspective of students’ actual situations and specific teaching processes.Firstly,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the learning situation,secondly,to optimize the classroom teaching process,and finally,to improve the teaching atmosphere.Through the above three parts of research,we hope to provide valuable insights and references for the education of rule of law awareness among high school ideological and political teachers,which will be further improved during the learning process. |
