A Study On Cultivating Students Awareness Of Rule Of Law In The Teaching Of Politics And Rule Of Law

Today,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the construction of a country ruled by law,a society ruled by law and a government ruled by law carried out in depth.The rule of law makes our society better,the rule of law plays an important role in national governance,how to build a country ruled by law has become an important issue.Among them,it is an effective way to improve the awareness of the rule of law of young people through education,young people are the future of the motherland,they will face a lot of choices on the society,and clear legal knowledge,enhance the awareness of the rule of law has played a more clear guiding role,to help young people less detours.The new ideological and political curriculum in senior high school clearly emphasizes the youth One of the four core qualities should be the consciousness of rule of law,which shows the importance of cultivating the consciousness of rule of law for high school students.Teachers are an important force to cultivate students' consciousness of rule of law,and can let students understand the role of rule of law,especially teachers in ideological and political courses.Teachers of ideological and political courses should deeply explore the strategies of using the classroom teaching of "Politics and Rule of Law" to cultivate students' consciousness of rule of law,so that students can understand,respect,abide by and use the law and participate in social life better.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is an overview of the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of Politics and the Rule of Law.This part discusses the meaning and importance of the consciousness of the rule of law.The second part is the problems and causes of students' awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of "Politics and Rule of Law ".Through questionnaires and interviews with teachers,the problems are analyzed,mainly from five aspects:the deviation of the goal of the teaching of the rule of law,the lack of systematic content of the teaching of the rule of law,the use of the teaching method of the rule of law is relatively single,the use of the teaching resources of the rule of law is not wide enough,and the effect of the cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law is not significant enough.This paper analyzes the reasons of the above problems,and finds the existing problems from four aspects:teachers' understanding,teaching material content excavation,school and social cooperation,traditional evaluation and the influence of college entrance examination system Cause.The last part is to solve the above problems:first,to improve teachers' ideological understanding and cultivate students' consciousness of rule of law;secondly,to analyze the teaching materials,to sort out the contents of the textbook Politics and Rule of Law.
