| The level of professional identity affects the degree of students ’ recognition of their majors,and also determines the development of their majors on the one hand.However,the degree of professional identity of postgraduates majoring in social work is low,which leads to the fact that most postgraduates majoring in social work do not choose to engage in this industry after graduation.The researchers chose the master ’s degree of social work in Z University of Gansu Province as a sample to explore the status quo and influencing factors of the professional identity of the master ’s degree of social work in Z University of Gansu Province,and put forward relevant research suggestions.Provide a program for Z universities in Gansu Province to enhance professional identity,and help the development of social work majors in Z universities in Gansu Province and universities of the same type.At the same time,it also provides suggestions for social work service institutions to understand students ’ attitudes and optimize internship programs,provides policy advocacy for the development of social work majors in the country,and promotes the progress of social work majors and industries.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the origin of the topic and the significance of the research,and combs the previous research literature.At the same time,it expounds the core concepts and theories adopted in this study,and introduces the main research methods.The second chapter describes and analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey of social work postgraduates in Z universities in Gansu Province.From the four dimensions of cognitive dimension,matching dimension,behavioral dimension and emotional dimension,the current situation of professional identity of social work postgraduates in Z universities in Gansu Province is comprehensively analyzed.The third chapter analyzes the data of representative research objects and finds out the specific problems of low professional identity.The fourth chapter analyzes the relevant influencing factors of the problems summarized previously,and explores the specific factors that cause the above problems from the micro,emos and macro levels.The fifth chapter is mainly conclusions and suggestions.It confirms the current situation of professional identity of postgraduates majoring in social work in Z universities in Gansu Province,and puts forward suggestions for improvement from three aspects : micro,emos and macro.After this study,the researchers found that the professional identity of social work postgraduates in Z University of Gansu Province is low,and nearly half of the respondents ’professional identity is not high,all in the low group.In the sub-dimension of professional identity,the scores from high to low are cognitive dimension,behavioral dimension,emotional dimension and matching dimension.Secondly,the researchers found that there are nine main factors affecting the professional identity of social work postgraduates in Z University of Gansu Province,and the interaction of nine factors affects the professional identity of social work postgraduates.The micro factors are the motivation of postgraduate entrance examination,professional foundation,personality characteristics and personal ideals.The meso factors are the influence of objective conditions of the school,the influence of tutors and peers,and the degree of professionalism of the institution.The macro factors are employment pressure and low professional recognition. |
